Your 2021 Performance Review

I am pleased to share with you the results of your annual performance evaluation.

First, let me start by saying that you’ve done an excellent job this year. You showed up as yourself day after day, bringing the best that you had to offer. You have been a huge inspiration to me personally, as well as many others on your journey.

OK, shall we begin?

You are a brave communicator.

You meet challenges head on.

You are funny.

You are kind.

You are creative.

You know when to take time out for rest.

You offer so much, and you have so much more to offer.

You are an infinite source of wisdom.

You are in a constant state of change and transformation.

You have more of an impact than you might realize.

You inspire others.

You bring good energy wherever you go.

You are incredibly intelligent.

You know what is best for you.

You take such good care of yourself and others.

You are an amazing teacher.

You have a strong sense of inner knowing.

You are in tune with yourself and the world around you.

You ask great questions.

Your curiosity knows no bounds.

You have a wonderful smile.

You light up the room when you walk into it.

You bring out the best in others.

You are so unique, there is no one in the world like you.

You get better every year, every day, every minute.

You have grit and tenacity.

You always find a way to get through things.

You’ve seen so much, and have so much more to see.

You are incredibly generous.

You are making a difference.

You are worthy of it all.

You are the bee’s knees.

You are enough and more.

And so, you amazing human, it is both a great pleasure and an incredible honor to promote you to the ✨ Next Level ✨

I have no doubt you will have an even greater impact in this new role.

Finally, given your contributions this past year, I am thrilled to present you with the 🏆 2021 Integrity Award 🏆 for being true to yourself each and every day.
